- Digital Dictation System
- Digital dictation systems offer many advantages over traditional dictation systems. Their biggest advantage is the ability to speed up transcription processes. Consequently, these systems allow you to dictate files for transcription, track the progress of specific jobs, and allow the files to be transcribed as soon as the physician has completed the dictation.
- Another advantage to dial-up digital dictation is that the recordings never have to be delivered.
- Additionally, there are no phone charges for the dictation or transcription. Clients may remotely access our dial-up digital dictation system using a secure encrypted identification code that is specific to each dictator and transcriptionist.
- Once the dictation is complete, transcriptionists log in to the server with a Dictaphone to transcribe the documents.
- Transcriptions for each practitioner are batched into an MS word document. These files are recorded with the date of service and date of dictation. The dictation is available to transcribe from our server, for up to 15 days.

- Peachtree Transcription Associates are proficient with several word processing programs, MS word, word, Windows XP and can setup document templates specifically formatted to the needs of clients.
- Encrypted Secure Reports
- We send files over the Internet in a secure 256-bit AES encryption format. In addition, these reports are batched according to service/date of dictation in an MS Word format. Then the reports are sent in an encrypted e-mail, that only the recipient has the password to, ensuring security. Most important the E-mail is HIPPA compliant. Finally, Peachtree Transcription Associates can provide the training necessary for implementation of this process.
